DELIVERY TIMES:
Lead times for packing: Packing of orders take 1-2 working days to process when paid by credit card. EFT payment options may take longer.
Lead time for deliveries: Your package will be sent from Pretoria and deliveries will take place according to The Courier Guy’s lead times depending on your delivery area: Main cities have a faster delivery turnaround time than more remote areas. Please anticipate a longer delivery lead time during high volume periods.
Delivery service: We use a third party courier service and you will be notified of your tracking number once your package has been collected from us. Delivery is available in South Africa only and not to neighbouring countries. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY COSTS:
Delivery fee: Delivery fee is free for orders of R1500 and above. Orders under R1499 is charged according to The Courier Guy’s rates and the delivery that you have selected. In certain areas we do have two different delivery options available: Normal delivery and express delivery – delivery times vary from overnight to 5 days delivery depending on the area and selection that you have chosen. Please note that remote areas might incur extra delivery charges depending on the third party courier service fees.
The Famous Perfumer reserves the right to limit quantities of any items sold on The Famous Perfumer online store. The Famous Perfumer reserves the right to contact the client to substitute for another product if out of stock.
